Thank you once again for your company's participation in the 2018 Duty Free & Travel Retail Summit of the Americas. We wanted to follow up on our earlier communication about the 2019 Summit.
Planning continues at a fast pace and with the 2019 Summit of the Americas moving to a new home, the Hyatt Regency Orlando on International Drive, there's a lot of work to do on our side, and we've started that work sooner than usual because of this venue change.
To that end, shortly you'll be hearing from us with an inquiry about your company's intentions about space which we hope will help us gain an earlier understanding of space needs. We're also hoping to secure earlier commitments from buyers to register for 2019. We hope we can count on your continued support and please don´t hesitate to contact us for any request and queries you may have.
The meeting was called by the Deputy of Brazil, Frederico Antunes, and counted a large concurrence of authorities of both countries. It was held in Santana do Livramento on Friday, July 12.
